Corporate Services Provided by TVC

There are several ways your company can engage yourself in your community while building your employees’ leadership and interpersonal skills.

Group Volunteering

Organize a group of your employees to serve in the community together. This is a great, inexpensive way to promote leadership and team building while also serving your community. Volunteering is the best way to get your employees more connected with one another and with their community. Opportunities for group volunteering include:

Annual Events (examples include but are not limited to)
Holiday Programs (November) ∙ Martin Luther King Jr. Day (January)
Paint-A-Thon (September) ∙ Make a Difference Day (October)

Customized Projects
We can provide specialized projects for individual corporate groups. TVC can place your team at one of our member agencies, and provide support throughout your project. Base fee of $500 plus $125/hour of staff time. Example: Speaking at a volunteer fair or group painting projects.

Programs

There are several programs organized by TVC that work closely with corporate clients and skilled volunteers to promote volunteerism and make a difference in our community. These programs include:

Transition to Retirement Workshop
The Transition to Retirement with Volunteering Workshop (TRV) is a presentation for companies who wish to help their senior employees transition into retirement. The workshop discusses the different ways employees can engage themselves in their community.

SAVE
The SAVE (Strategic Action for Volunteer Engagement) program currently works with individuals as well as corporate teams who are willing to volunteer or donate pro bono time in order to address critical non profit needs by using their experience and skills-based concentrations.
