Where Have I Heard of HandsOn Suburban Chicago?
Was it on our website (which you’re currently visiting)? Or maybe the “Get Involved” column in the Daily Herald, a weekly column on volunteer opportunities in the community? We’ve been writing that since 1977. We also get out and about in the community. How did you hear about us? We’d love to hear about it!
I want to volunteer, but I'm not sure where to start. How can HandsOn Suburban Chicago help me?
Our website has a list of some urgent volunteer needs in the community, as well as a general listing of opportunities that you can browse. You could also sign up for one of our volunteer programs or events.
Why should I sign up for a volunteer program?
