Volunteer Connections
If you are looking for assistance recruiting volunteers for a new or updated volunteer opportunity, please complete a Volunteer Needs Form.
Microsoft Word versions are also available for group needs (.doc) and individual needs (.doc).
Community Partnership
To help us serve you better, please complete the Community Partnership Renewal Form. Organizations looking to renew their Community Partnership can renew online. If you would like to pay by check, you can print and complete a Community Partner Invoice (.doc).
Once you have renewed for the current fiscal year, please complete an Agency Registration Form (.doc) and return it to us by email to volunteer@volunteerinfo.net.
