Program Impact in 2008-2009
Youth In Action: 2,436 youth were referred to volunteer positions and seven workshops were held for students
Americorps VISTA: 10 VISTA volunteers completed almost 9,000 hours in capacity-building roles
CASE: 72 individuals placed in community service positions, serving over 2,000 hours
Professional Development: Held 20 workshops, supporting nearly 300 attendees
Volunteer hours contributed in 2008 by our RSVP volunteers: 125,000 hours
Emergency Preparedness: Over 500 volunteers received 20 hours of training since 2004.
Tutor & Mentor: 48 volunteers were placed with 22 educational programs and schools.
