Sirisha received her bachelor's degree in Political Science, Psychology, and Spanish from Northwestern University. She is currently working to increase youth volunteer engagement through various community and corporate projects. |

Lindsay Parkinson 2010 - 2011 Group Project Coordinator ![]() |
Lindsay received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI. She majored in Advertising and Public Relations while minoring in Business Management. Lindsay is the Group Projects Coordinator, working with corporate and youth group volunteer programs. |

Stephanie Precourt received her Bachelors degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis on broadcast journalism from Winona State University, MN. She is working to maintain and improve our marketing communications efforts through multi-media communication. |

Grant worked on web programming and designing for our website in addition to providing tech support for the staff. He received his Bachelors degree in English from Lake Forest College, IL with a writing focus. |

Asha developed relationships with corporations, community leaders, and member agencies. She represented TVC at both speaking events and volunteer fairs and also helped with fund development and writing. She received her Bachelors degree in English with a minor in Theatre from Bradley University in Peoria |

Mike worked to coordinate and develop our communication efforts, including our online content, newsletters and marketing materials. He received his Bachelors degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin. |

Lisa assisted in creating and maintaining sustainable fund-raising methods at TVC, including our membership programs, earned-income programs and fund-raising events. She received her Bachelors degree in International Relations and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis. |

Olesya Salnikova 2009 - 2010 Grant Writer ![]() |
As the leader of our amazing grant writing team, Olesya helped with researching and writing grants for our programs. She received her Bachelor's degrees in English (writing/rhetoric) and Political Science from Pepperdine University, CA. Over her year of service, Olesya's grants earned an impressive total of $74,270. |

Karla Micheli 2009 - 2010 SAVE Program and Marketing Coordinator ![]() |
Karla helped develop the Strategic Action for Volunteer Engagement Program (SAVE), consulted with nonprofits on how they can use skilled volunteers to fulfill their missions. She also worked with branding and marketing. She received her Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications from Columbia College Chicago. |

Megan Bryant 2008 - 2010 Grant Writer ![]() |
Megan researched, identified, and contacted potential funders, assisted in developing budgets for proposals, and ultimately wrote and edited grant proposals. She also maintained a regular newsletter for volunteer managers and trained new VISTAs in grant writing. |
