Nonprofits Invited to Attend Special Communications Lunch and Learn
 
The Volunteer Center of NW Suburban Chicago (TVC) is hosting a special communications Lunch and Learn on May 5, 2010 from 12:00 -1:30pm  featuring Community Media Workshop (CMW) President, Thom Clark. This special event will take place at the Forest View Educational Center, 2121 S.Goebbert Rd., Arlington Heights, IL 60005. All attendees are asked to bring their own lunch. Drinks and dessert will be provided.
 
The presentation will start by discussing the shifting media landscape from a special CMW report “The New News.” The second half will be dedicated to answering questions and addressing communication challenges faced by nonprofit attendees. This lunch and learn is highly recommended for nonprofit communicators-staff and/or volunteers responsible for telling their organizations’ stories.
